Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are expecting their first child.
You already know we didn’t quite like what Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput named their baby girl. A sad amalgamation of their names, Shahid and Mira seeked inspiration from Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra (their daughter is called Adi-Ra) and named their daughter Mi-Sha.
Since Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are also expecting their first child in December, we are hoping against hope that they don’t follow the bizarre trend to name their baby in in this uncreative way.
Here are 5 names Saif and Kareena should NOT consider:
Saifeena: This name is used by the media to address the couple. Naming your child Saifeena would just mean playing into the hands of the media. Also, the last thing you would want is a copyright case thrown over you by some media house. That’d be just very messy.

Ka-sai: Well, this is awkward. Irrespective of the gender of your child, naming him/her Kasai would just mean a lot of bad puns for the kid in school. For those of you who still didn’t get what we mean, Kasai is the Hindi/Urdu word for butcher. Savage, isnt it?

Sai-ka: Saif and Kareena sure make a stylish couple but their names together, particularly in this fashion, clearly doesn’t sound fashionable. Saika is not only awkward to listen to, but also has a ‘Saika-delic’ feel to the entire name. This is not quite the Nawabi way of doing things.

Sa-reena: Unless you are a William, Sareena is not a great name choice. Plus, why would one celebrity like to copy another?

Ka-if: If Saif had a brother and he was named Kaif, we would have digested it. But rhyming your child’s name with yours is so not cool.
