Kareena Kapoor's nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar is back again with a kickass plan to make you fit in 2 months. Yes, the celebrity dietitian has come up with a unique 2-month program on "Exercise planning" which will start from 13th Jan 2018.
Here are the top points she has on her list of advice:
1. Exercise is all about Muscle fibre recruitment (MFR). More the number of muscle fibres you put to work, higher is the level of the fat burnt. E.g. Squats recruit more muscle fibres than crunches, so exercise wisely.
2. Factors influencing MFR:
a) Choice of exercise - Strength training recruits maximum muscle fibres
b) Duration- Not more than 60 mins
c) Sequence- Work on the big muscles before you go for small muscles
d) Frequency- Over training and ignoring proper rest could compromise on MFR and expose you to injury. So no need to over exhaust yourself.
