I had been thinking of writing this letter to you for very long but was not sure. I admire you and it won’t be wrong if to say I am one of your fans. And as a fan, something has been bothering me for quite some time now. I hope everything is fine at your end? And everything is fine between you and Deepika as well? Well, assuming the answer to all my questions is a yes, I would like to ask you a few more questions.
What is wrong with you? Why are you trying so hard? Trying so hard to be cool? Trying so hard to be quirky? And trying so hard to be different? Why?
Initially we enjoyed the experiments with your hairstyles, facial hair and sometimes even your outfits. But now it seems as if you are taking it too far. You are a style icon amongst the youth, kindly don’t mislead and misguide them!
You end up in pyjamas at awards nights, you travel in tracksuits made of curtains and bed sheets, you even attend events in skirts (I don’t even know if they are yours or Deepika’s!) Just think of the poor guy who idolizes you and tries to imitate your style. He thinks he’s being cool but ends up being the butt of jokes for everyone! I’m not exaggerating. Imagine a college-going guy turning up at the fest in a skirt! He’ll be trolled for life!
Okay, if you don’t want to think of the mango people, at least think about your loved ones. Your girlfriend is one of the most beautiful and well-dressed women in this country and you my dear friend look the least compatible with her in terms of dressing!
I seriously want to know what went wrong with you! You were not always like this. You have a hot body, extremely charming features and a powerhouse personality. So why do want to hide it all with your disastrous dressing?
We love you for your acting and for your sense of humor but we cannot love you for the repeated fashion faux pas you have been committing. If you need help, please speak up. Do you need a fashion intervention?
Please come back (to your normal self). We seriously miss seeing you in denims and tees and those dapper suits.
A true fan
