Just like foundation and concealer, loose powder, too, plays an important role in makeup. Apart from controlling shine, it has four other uses that can upgrade your makeup to the next level.
Thinker eyelashes: For instant voluminous eyelashes, use loose powder between two coats of mascara. After you apply a coat of mascara, sprinkle a tiny amount over your lashes. Make sure your lashes are still wet with mascara when you apply loose powder so that it sticks. Finish it with the last coat of mascara.
Avoid eyeshadow mess:
We all love smokey eyes but eyeshadows tend to have lot of fallout, especially under your eyes. To save your base makeup, dust a generous amount of loose powder under your eyes and let it sit till you complete your eye makeup. Later on swipe off all the powder with a brush.
Make your eyeliner last longer:
If your eyeliner refuse to stay, then try this trick. Before swiping eyeliner, dusts loose, translucent powder on the lid first. Then, draw your eyeliner. Then, dust another layer of translucent powder. It keeps the pencil from smudging.
Fix a blush mistake:
If you have gone heavy handed with your blush, worry not, instead use loose powder to tone down.
