Let sweating stains don't take away your confidence.
Sweating is totally natural and healthy! And it is acceptable when you’re under 100 degrees temperature. But, sometimes it can be embarrassing, especially when you’re in office or travelling. It’s worse when it’s combined with a foul odour that’s unbearable. Here are a few easy hacks you can do to keep sweat stains away before people want to run away from you.
Talcum Powder: Powders have super-absorbent properties, and will absorb the excess moisture before your clothes do. Dust off some corn starch or talcum on the areas you sweat right after taking bath.
Sweat pads: You can attach sweat pads on to your arm pits, which are easily available at your local chemists. These pads soak the sweat all day long keeping your skin dry and fresh.
Antiperspirant: To stop skin from profusely sweating, try an antiperspirant deodorant. It will keep your skin dry all day long and even make you smell good. Word of caution- don’t over use this, and never apply it after you’ve sweat. It just worsens the case.
Shave your armpits
Shave your armpits: This will not stop sweating, but, keep smell and bacteria lingering in your armpits.
Use wipes: This is another trick you can do. Sweating can also be trigger due to nervousness. Always carry dry or wet wipes in your bag. Just go to the washroom and wipe off excess moisture at regular intervals to stay fresh.
