Follow these and you will have a hassle-free decade – at least skin-wise!
Pimple Management Plan
In the 20s the skin is prone to pimples and acne. Hence it is very important to keep your skin hydrated and clean. Pimples are caused due to bacteria and toxins. If your skin is oily you will be especially prone to pimples. Make sure you gently scrub your skin twice a week. Apply a gel-based moisturizer and wash your face at least twice a day. Avoid oily and spicy food as it aggravates acne. You can apply also apply a multani mitti face pack once a week to cool your skin and dodge pimples. Keep Your Lifestyle in Mind
As soon as we turn 20 there are a lot of new things we try and often alcohol is one of them. But we often forget that it has side effects. Alcohol dehydrates your skin and makes it sag. So make sure you drink three litres of water every day – especially when you go out drinking with your buddies. Also apply face mist twice a day. We like L'Oreal UV Face Mist, Rs 799. While most battle with oily and pimple-laden skin in the 20s, some lucky girls have dry skin and go through their 20s without a pimple. Now, dry skin is good in the 20s but in long run it leads to early wrinkles and pigmentation. Hence it is essential to moisturize your skin regularly with a nourishing lotion in the summer and rich face cream in the winter. Apply sunscreen diligently every day to keep sun damage and early wrinkles at bay. Also, if you have dry skin, start using an anti-ageing cream after 25. (Dry skin? Try this fantastic beauty regime!)
