We have been ditching our Indian wear all through winters but now as we can feel the days getting warmer; it is time to adorn a few Indian formals to work.
A 3/4th sleeved cotton anarkali is a nice option to try. This is a white asymmetric Chinese collar short anarkali that will suit all body types. So if you love wearing salwar kameez to work, pick this basic white one, pair it up with nice oxidised earrings, bangles and kitten heels.

Kurtis are our staple Indianwear. A short kurti with pants or a long one with leggings – you can choose your favourite. A Chinese collar black and white kurti with a belt and paired with basic denims or white jeans is our pick. If you want to travel deeper to your Indian roots, then a long kurti with contrasting leggings are great. Pair them up with chandelier earrings and a jhola bag.

Lycra leggings are a must-have. If they are missing from your wardrobe then log on and get them. Lyrca doesn’t need maintenance, fits perfectly according to your body and is wrinkle free. Myntra.com offers a pack of two in different colours. Even cotton printed pants are a good pick. They are loose, comfortable and stylish at the same time. You can go for paisley prints or ombre pants as well.

A skirt is one of our favourite picks in summer. It lets your legs breathe. So if your workplace lets you dress a informally, then go for an ankle-length skirt. A wrinkled one, tie and dye, or even a simple printed cotton skirt can add that ethnic touch to your ensemble.
