Kriti Sanon drinks lot of water to keep her skin hydrated.
Kriti Sanon looks effortlessly glamorous. The 26-year-old is not only blessed with good looks and height, but also with a gorgeous skin. However, the Raabta actor does not take iher skin for granted.
Besan/gram flour face pack: To get rid of skin tan and dull skin, Kriti has a homemade recipe to her rescue. Take some gram flour, add 1 teaspoon of milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and about 4-5 powdered almonds. Apply it on your face for 30 minutes and wash off with water. This pack will give your skin a luminous glow.
Skincare: Kriti takes good care of her skin and hair. She told a daily that she regularly cleanses and moisturises her skin and also indulge in hair spas. "I drink a lot of water. Owing to pollution, my hair gets damaged, so I also use oil often. I wear makeup all the time when I’m working, hence, I make sure I remove every trace of it with a light makeup remover at the end of the day and follow it up with a dollop of moisturiser," she told The Tribune.
Makeup: Kriti keeps mascara, concealer, lip balm and cheek tint handy. She told Femina, "On special occasions, the key to look great is to put on your eye shadow first. Don’t go overboard, instead pick one colour and really go for it. Whether it’s a metallic blue, purple or green, apply one strong colour under the lower lash line. Smudge it if you like, but keep it as simple as possible."
Diet: Kriti’s diet consists of eggs, brown bread, chicken/fish, dal, vegetables, sweet potato, protein shakes and brown rice. She also likes to have a fresh salad with every meal. She consumes 2 cups of green tea daily. She generally prefers to stay away from spicy and oily food. In fact, Kriti eats something every two hours as that is the best way to stay fit and healthy.
Drink: Kriti drinks beetroot, carrot, cucumber, gourd, mint and lemon juice to keep her body hydrated.
Exercise: Kriti undertakes weight training for about 4 to 5 times every week. This helps in blood circulation and keeps her skin healthy.
