Use honey underneath face mask: Koreans have a special way to use face masks. Korean beauty YouTuber Hanna Kim revealed that she apply a thin layer of honey underneath her face mask for ultra hydration and super soft skin.
Massage: Korean beauty YouTuber Serina Hwang revealed in one of her videos that getting facial massages is very common in Korea. It not only slims down your face, but also stimulates blood circulation and keeps wrinkles at bay. They also use spoon as a tool to massage their face at home. Traditional Korean women do not throw away expired milk, rather apply them on their face and massage it.
Pimple patches: Koreans have a better way to deal with pimples. They use pimple patches. These patches are round in shape and come in nude and clear colours. They are meant to make pimple disappear faster. Many Korean beauty brands create this product.
Use wooden skewers to hold your eyelash curl: Skewers are meant to stick vegetables and meat, but you also use to hold your eyelash curl. Korean YouTuber Serina Hwang revealed in a video that she takes a pointy stick, lits the end of it and then blows off the flame. Then, tap it lightly against your hand for about 15 seconds to cool it down slightly. Then, carefully and gently move the eyelashes up with the skewer. She does this process twice, once after she curls her lashes and then second time, after she applies mascara.
Cut your falsies in small pieces: For natural-looking eyelashes, cut false lashes in small pieces and then apply them. This is a trick popular among young Korean girls.
Sunscreen: Korean women are quite aware of sun damage. They religiously use sunscreen before stepping out of the skin. They even cover their body and carry umbrella for total protection.
Use bronzer to make face look slimmer: Korean women are conscious about their face. They want their face to look slimmer. So, they use bronzer not just for sun-kissed tan, but also to shade their face. They apply it on the edge of the jaw and side of the temples.
