Hot mom and actor Kareena Kapoor Khan delivered baby Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi on December 20, and she is looking fabulously stylish already.
The fashionista is setting major fitness goals for new moms. The 36-year-old actor has already started her weight-loss regime, as she revealed in a Facebook live chat with dietician and nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar.
While chatting, Kareena spoke about how she flaunted her pregnany until she walked into the hospital for delivery and what diet she is taking to shed off post pregnancy weight, which according to her dietician Rujuta will take about seven months.

    "After pregnancy, I was like let’s do that Tashan diet. Rujuta said 'no we can’t do that because we are in too much progression.' So no crash diet. It’s a gradual process and we are building the body for that,” said Kareena.
     
    Rujuta said that Kareena is taking one-step at a time and not rushing into losing weight. She is going to lose weight in a sensible and sustainable way as a crash diet cannot give positive results.

    Currently, Kareena is eating rice, both for lunch and dinner. As Rujuta said, eating rice post pregnancy is very important. It allows you to get back all the good bacteria in the body, which helps rebuild all the strength.
     
    Kareena is also eating bajra roti with ghee jaggery and milk at night. Milk helps restoring calcium balance in the body, because apparently you lose about five years of calcium during pregnancy.

    Talking about exercises, Kareena says along with yoga, she does 20-30 minutes of walking, which helps her a lot.
     
    Rujuta also revealed that do not sit for more than 30 mintues. Walking around would help your insulin sensitivity. If your insulin sensitivity is stronger, your body burns fat faster and it helps replenis calcium and protien that you lost during your delivery.

    Besides this, Rujuta also stessed on the importance of eating in moderation. Pay attention to what you're eating and do not watch television while eating.
